Frame by Frame Studio Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
Budder Technology LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Frame by Frame Studio mobile application may access, how that information is used, when information may be processed by third-party services, and the choices available to you.
In this policy, “Frame by Frame Studio,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Frame by Frame Studio application and Budder Technology LLC, as applicable.
Information You Add to the App
Frame by Frame Studio allows you to create stop-motion animation projects using content you provide or create. This content may include:
- Photos and images selected from your device
- Photos captured using your device’s camera
- GIF files and other visual overlays
- Audio files selected from your device
- Voice recordings created using your device’s microphone
- Text overlays, project names, timelines, and editing information
- Videos rendered or exported from your projects
Your project content may contain personal information depending on what you choose to photograph, record, import, or write.
Project files and media are processed primarily on your device. Budder Technology LLC does not currently operate a cloud service that automatically uploads or stores your project photos, videos, GIFs, audio recordings, or project files on Budder Technology LLC servers.
Your Android device, Google account, or device manufacturer may back up some application data according to your device and account backup settings.
Device Permissions
Frame by Frame Studio may request access to certain device features. You may deny or revoke these permissions through your device settings, although doing so may prevent some App features from working.
Camera Access
Camera access is used when you choose to capture photographs for a stop-motion project. The App does not intentionally activate your camera unless you initiate a camera or photo-capture feature.
Photos, Videos, and Media Access
Photo and media access allows you to select images, GIFs, videos, and audio files for use in your projects. It may also be used to save completed videos to your device.
The App accesses files you select or files needed to perform a feature you initiate, subject to the permissions provided by your device.
Microphone Access
Microphone access is used when you choose to record a voiceover or other audio for a project. The App does not intentionally record audio unless you start a recording feature.
Internet and Network Access
Internet access may be used to:
- Load and display rewarded advertisements
- Confirm that a rewarded advertisement was completed
- Process or restore the one-time ad-free purchase through Google Play
- Verify whether your Google Play account already owns the ad-free purchase
- Communicate with Google advertising and billing services
Free users must have an internet connection and fully complete a rewarded advertisement before rendering a video.
If an advertisement is unavailable, fails to load, is closed early, is skipped, or is not confirmed as completed, the render will not begin.
Users who have purchased ad-free access may render without viewing an advertisement. After the purchase has been successfully verified and stored by the App, ad-free users may also be able to render while offline.
Advertising
Frame by Frame Studio uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide rewarded advertisements.
When a free user chooses to render a project, the App may offer a rewarded advertisement. Viewing the advertisement is optional, but the free render will not begin unless the advertisement is completed and the advertising service confirms that the reward was earned.
Google advertising services may automatically collect or process information such as:
- Your device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Advertising identifiers and other device or application identifiers
- Information about your interactions with advertisements
- Advertisement views, taps, and completion status
- Device type, operating system, language, and App version
- Diagnostic, performance, crash, security, and fraud-prevention information
Google may use this information for advertising, advertisement delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
Depending on your location, consent choices, Google settings, and device settings, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or subject to restricted data processing.
Budder Technology LLC does not provide your project photos, recordings, GIFs, videos, or project contents to AdMob for advertising purposes.
You may be able to control advertising personalization, reset or delete your advertising identifier, or adjust privacy options through your Android device or Google account settings.
Ad-Free Purchase
Frame by Frame Studio offers an optional one-time purchase that removes the rewarded-ad requirement from rendering.
The currently intended United States price is $9.99. The final price displayed by Google Play may vary based on country, currency, taxes, promotions, or future pricing changes.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Budder Technology LLC does not receive your complete credit card number, bank account number, or complete payment credentials.
The App may receive or process purchase-related information such as:
- The product that was purchased
- Purchase or transaction identifiers
- Purchase status and entitlement information
- Information indicating whether a purchase is pending, completed, canceled, or refunded
- Information needed to restore or verify your purchase
This information is used to unlock ad-free rendering, automatically restore access after reinstallation, recognize a previous purchase, and prevent unauthorized access to paid features.
When locally stored ad-free status is not already available, the App may automatically contact Google Play when it starts to determine whether the Google Play account signed in on the device previously purchased ad-free access.
Information Stored on Your Device
Frame by Frame Studio may store the following information locally on your device:
- Stop-motion projects
- Imported and captured media
- Recorded audio and voiceovers
- Rendered or exported videos
- Editing, overlay, timing, and timeline information
- Project and App settings
- Ad-free purchase entitlement status
- Information needed for normal App operation
This information generally remains on your device until you delete the applicable project or media, clear the App’s stored data, or uninstall the App.
Deleting a project may remove the project copy stored within the App, but it may not delete source files that remain elsewhere on your device or videos you previously exported.
How We Use Information
Information accessed or processed through the App may be used to:
- Create, save, and edit stop-motion animation projects
- Import and capture project media
- Record, edit, and play audio
- Display project previews and timelines
- Render and save completed videos
- Display and verify rewarded advertisements
- Process, verify, and restore ad-free purchases
- Save App preferences and entitlement status
- Maintain security and prevent advertising or purchasing fraud
- Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability
Budder Technology LLC does not use your private project media to train artificial intelligence models.
How Information Is Shared
Budder Technology LLC does not sell your project photos, recordings, videos, GIFs, or project files.
Limited information may be processed by third-party service providers when necessary to provide App functionality.
Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads
Google may process device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, network, and security information to provide rewarded advertisements, measure advertisement performance, and prevent fraud.
Google Play and Google Play Billing
Google processes purchases, payment information, Google account information, and purchase history to complete, verify, and restore the ad-free purchase.
Android and Device Services
Your device operating system, device manufacturer, media picker, camera application, storage provider, gallery application, sharing application, or backup provider may process information when you use those system features.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, prevent fraud, protect users, or defend our legal rights.
Budder Technology LLC does not sell personal information for money. However, information processed by advertising providers may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under certain privacy laws.
Data Retention and Deletion
Project files and project media stored by Frame by Frame Studio generally remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
Exported videos may remain in your gallery, movies folder, downloads folder, or another storage location after a project is deleted or the App is uninstalled. You must delete those files separately using your device’s gallery or file-management application.
Purchase entitlement information may remain associated with your Google Play account so that your purchase can be automatically recognized or restored.
Google and other third-party providers retain information according to their own privacy policies, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
Frame by Frame Studio does not currently require a Budder Technology LLC user account and does not automatically upload projects to a Budder Technology LLC server. As a result, we generally do not possess a server-side account or project record that can be deleted upon request.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your device, location, and applicable law, you may be able to:
- Deny or revoke camera, microphone, photo, video, or audio permissions

- Uninstall the App

We may not be able to identify, access, or delete information that is stored only on your device or held independently by Google or another third-party service.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information processed by Frame by Frame Studio.
Project media is primarily stored locally instead of being transmitted to a Budder Technology LLC server. Communications with Google advertising and billing services are handled through their respective software development kits and network services.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for avoiding the inclusion of sensitive information in projects you do not want stored on that device.
Children’s Privacy
Frame by Frame Studio is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
Budder Technology LLC does not knowingly operate user accounts for children or collect children’s project media through its own servers.
Google advertising and billing services may process device and usage information as described in this policy and according to Google’s own policies.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly to Budder Technology LLC may contact us using the information below.
International Data Processing
Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different privacy and data-protection laws.
Where required, third-party providers are responsible for using appropriate legal mechanisms for international data transfers.

This Privacy Policy applies to Budder Technology LLC’s handling of information through Frame by Frame Studio. It does not control the independent privacy practices of:
- Google AdMob

We may update this Privacy Policy when Frame by Frame Studio changes, when third-party services change their practices, or when required by law.
When this policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the App, its Google Play listing, or the Budder Technology LLC website.
Continued use of Frame by Frame Studio after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
