Budder Technology LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Brick by Brick mobile application or Windows application.
In this policy, “Brick by Brick,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Brick by Brick mobile and Windows applications and Budder Technology LLC, as applicable.
Information We Collect
Brick by Brick does not collect personal information or user data.
The App does not require you to create an account, provide your name, provide your email address, or submit any other personal information to Budder Technology LLC.
Brick by Brick does not transmit gameplay information, device information, usage information, or other data to Budder Technology LLC servers.
Offline Operation
Brick by Brick is designed to operate entirely offline.
The App does not require an internet connection for normal gameplay and does not communicate with Budder Technology LLC servers during gameplay.
Brick by Brick does not use online accounts, cloud storage, online multiplayer services, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or remote tracking services.
Mobile and Windows Applications
This Privacy Policy applies to both the mobile version and the Windows version of Brick by Brick.
Both versions are designed to process gameplay locally on your device rather than transmitting gameplay information to Budder Technology LLC.
Information Stored on Your Device
Brick by Brick may store information locally on your device when necessary for normal App operation. This may include:
- Game settings and preferences
- Gameplay state or progress
- Configuration information
- Other information necessary for the App to function correctly
Locally stored information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Budder Technology LLC.
Depending on your device and operating system, locally stored App information may be removed when you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.
Device Permissions
Brick by Brick does not intentionally request access to sensitive device features or information for the purpose of collecting personal information.
Any access provided by the operating system that is necessary for basic application operation is used only locally to provide the requested functionality.
Advertising
Brick by Brick does not contain third-party advertising.
The App does not use advertising identifiers, advertising networks, behavioral advertising, personalized advertising, or advertising tracking.
Analytics and Tracking
Brick by Brick does not use third-party analytics services.
Budder Technology LLC does not track how you play the game, how often you use the App, which features you use, or other gameplay activity.
The App does not use tracking technologies to monitor your activity across applications, websites, or devices.
Accounts and Cloud Services
Brick by Brick does not require or provide a Budder Technology LLC user account.
The App does not automatically upload gameplay information, progress, settings, or other information to a Budder Technology LLC cloud service.
How We Use Information
Because Brick by Brick does not collect or receive user information, Budder Technology LLC does not use personal information from the App for advertising, analytics, profiling, marketing, or other purposes.
Information stored locally by the App is used only as necessary to operate Brick by Brick on your device.
How Information Is Shared
Brick by Brick does not transmit user data to Budder Technology LLC, and Budder Technology LLC does not sell, rent, or share user data collected through the App because the App does not collect such data.
We do not provide gameplay information or personal information from Brick by Brick to advertisers, analytics companies, data brokers, or other third parties.
Application Stores, Operating Systems, and Platforms
Brick by Brick may be downloaded or used through a third-party application store, operating system, device, or distribution platform.
Those third parties may independently collect or process information relating to application downloads, purchases, device operation, accounts, crash reporting, or platform usage according to their own privacy policies and settings.
Information collected independently by an application store, operating system provider, device manufacturer, or distribution platform is controlled by that third party and is not collected by Brick by Brick itself.
Data Retention and Deletion
Budder Technology LLC does not maintain a server-side Brick by Brick account, gameplay history, or personal information database for App users.
Information stored locally by the App generally remains on your device until it is removed by the App, you clear the App’s stored data, or you uninstall the App.
Because Brick by Brick does not transmit this information to Budder Technology LLC, we generally do not possess a remote copy that can be accessed or deleted upon request.
Your Privacy Choices
Because Brick by Brick operates offline and does not collect user data, there are very few privacy settings necessary within the App.
Depending on your device and operating system, you may be able to:
- Delete locally stored App data
- Reset App settings or progress
- Uninstall the App
- Control operating system permissions through your device settings
- Control privacy settings associated with your device or application store account
- Contact Budder Technology LLC with privacy-related questions
Data Security
Brick by Brick minimizes privacy and security risks by processing gameplay locally and not transmitting user information to Budder Technology LLC servers.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device. Security features available through your operating system, device manufacturer, or user account may provide additional protection for locally stored information.
Children’s Privacy
Brick by Brick does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App does not require children or other users to create an account, provide contact information, submit personal information, or transmit gameplay information to Budder Technology LLC.
Because Brick by Brick operates offline and does not collect personal information through the App, Budder Technology LLC does not maintain user profiles or personal information relating to children who play the game.
International Users
Brick by Brick does not transmit user information to Budder Technology LLC regardless of the country in which the App is used.
Third-party operating systems, application stores, device manufacturers, or distribution platforms may process information according to their own privacy practices and applicable laws.
Third-Party Privacy Practices
This Privacy Policy applies to Budder Technology LLC’s handling of information through Brick by Brick. It does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party application stores, operating systems, device manufacturers, or distribution platforms.
You should review the privacy settings and privacy policies of the platform through which you obtained or use Brick by Brick if you have questions about information that platform may collect independently.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Brick by Brick changes, new features are introduced, platform requirements change, or an update is required by law.
If Brick by Brick is changed in the future to collect information, use online services, include advertising, use analytics, or transmit information outside your device, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
When this policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the App, its application store listing, or the Budder Technology LLC website when appropriate.
